In his first season with Fulham, Tom Richards was another to play a key role in the Under-18s’ national title success.

The young left-back has given his team a much-needed balance to its back-line, with the player impressing with his commitment to the cause and ability to get forward. In fact, Richards has been a regular source of assists – chances were consistently created from his deliveries in to the box.

Having played Sunday League football up until the start of last season, Richards is somewhat of a late developer. That said, the youngster appears to be making up for lost time.
