Tom Barry (Chair)
Tom is an experienced and highly motivated retail and business professional with a strong track record of business development, results delivery and transformation. He has a unique breadth of business experience which spans the Consumer Electronics, DIY, Trade merchanting and food sectors, with significant Non-Executive experience within the Public sector and football. He is founder of H&B Europe Ltd (Since 2009) a company which provides a blend of consultancy and implementation activities focusing on retail, retail financial services and Private Equity. In addition Tom is Group CEO of Hartley Botanic, a luxury manufacturer of Greenhouses and Glasshouses with successful operations in the UK and USA. Tom acquired the business in 2016 with PE backing and remains one of the main shareholders. Tom has over 30 years Retail, consumer, supply chain and manufacturing experience within the UK and international markets, significant board level experience with FTSE quoted businesses and has held a number of Executive board positions.
Darren Preston (Company Secretary)
Darren is the Chief Operating Officer at Fulham FC. He joined the Club in 2001 as Financial Controller before becoming Head of Group Finance. In 2006 he became Club Secretary and took up his present role of Chief Operating Officer in 2014. In addition to his responsibility for all regulatory matters, Darren’s remit includes facilities, safety & security and the off-field side of the Club’s football departments. His previous roles include a number of audit and accountancy positions, notably as Head of Finance at Northampton Saints RFC.
Lee Manning (Treasurer)
Lee Manning has been an insolvency practitioner for over 35 years and was a Restructuring Services partner at Deloitte until 2018 when he retired from the partnership to join ReSolve Advisory, a specialist restructuring and insolvency consultancy. Lee is also a Non-Executive Director of Manolete Partners Plc, an AIM listed litigation funder where he chairs the audit committee. He serves as a Trustee of the Saracens Multi Academy Trust which is building two academy schools in North London, one of which is already operating from temporary premises. Lee lives in North London with his wife Sami and is a keen fair weather cyclist. He is a Fulham season ticket holder and has been going to matches for over 50 years and now attends with his two adult sons.
Craig Morris
Craig was born in Coventry and has spent more than 40 Years in Aviation starting with the RAF where he trained as an Engineer. Following this he worked for several UK Airlines including BA, DanAir & Virgin before moving in to the supply of Aircraft Services & Equipment. He currently leads a Sales & Support Team for US Company Collins Aerospace where he is responsible for Airlines in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Craig lives in Fleet, has been a volunteer with Hampshire Education Authority since 2002 supporting Families & Young people with SEND. He became involved with the Foundation in 2009 when his middle of three Sons joined the Fulham FC Badgers
Stella Fry
Stella is a retired Headteacher of forty years’ experience in state primary schools and a former Governor at Benedict, Gonville and Heathfield STEP Academy schools. Through her position she forged strong links with the Foundation and remains motivated by the Foundation’s aims and objectives. Stella is committed to ensuring that the Foundation is not only reaching its key performance indicators, but is forward-thinking and functioning as efficiently as possible. In her role as Trustee with a Health and Wellbeing remit Stella regularly attends community-based sessions run by the Foundation.
Julie Evans
Julie has a background in finance, project management and fundraising having spent her career working in banking, social investment, and sports sectors. She is retired and has developed a portfolio of non-executive positions across not-for-profit organisations in the arts and sports arenas.
Jon Don-Carolis
With over 17 years working within the commercial side of sport, Jon has vast experience in driving revenue across a diverse range of verticals within the industry. Currently Commercial Director at Fulham FC, Jon previously held senior roles across Premier League Football, Premiership Rugby and Sports Broadcast Media where he began his career.
