Our programmes provide opportunities for female participants of all ages, from 3 years old to adulthood. Girls Skills Club
Our Girls Skills Clubs are fun, engaging and inclusive. Aimed at girls of all abilities aged 3 to 12, who want to develop their football and sports skills. Sessions focus on improving technical ability, teamwork, coordination, and confidence in a friendly and supportive environment.

Girls Soccer Schools
Our Girls Soccer Schools take place during school holidays and offer an exciting opportunity for girls to develop their football skills in a fun and inclusive setting, including Fulham FC’s Training Ground. These sessions provide expert coaching, technical drills, small-sided games, and match play to help players improve while making new friends.

Girls Development Centre
Our Girls Development Centres are designed for players, aged 8 to 16, who want to take their football skills to the next level. Led by experienced coaches, this programme provides structured training sessions to enhance players technical abilities, tactical awareness, and overall gameplay. It serves as a pathway for talented players to progress into competitive football while promoting teamwork, discipline, and personal growth.

Girls & Women’s Pan-DisAbility Football
Our Pan DisAbility Football clubs are specifically designed for girls and women, aged 5 to adult, with disabilities who want to enjoy football in a safe and inclusive environment. Sessions focus on developing fundamental skills, improving confidence, and promoting social inclusion. Coaches tailor activities to suit individual needs, ensuring every player can participate, have fun, and build friendships while staying active.

Girls After-School Football Clubs
Our Girls After-School Football Clubs provide young girls the opportunity to engage in football and multi-sport activities in a familiar and supportive environment. These sessions encourage physical activity, teamwork, and skill development while promoting confidence and enjoyment of sports from an early age. Each session is designed to be fun, engaging, and accessible to all. These sessions are delivered at our partner primary schools.

Premier League Inspires
Premier League Inspires is a targeted programme aimed at supporting and empowering young females in secondary school. Through football-based activities, personal development workshops, and leadership training, the programme helps participants build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills. It encourages young women to develop aspirations, overcome challenges, and unlock their full potential in both sport and education. These sessions are delivered at our partner secondary schools.

Girls Kicks
Part of the nationwide Premier League Kicks initiative, the Kicks programme provides free football sessions to young people aged 10 to 18. Offering a safe and welcoming space for girls to enjoy the game, develop skills, and connect with their local community. These sessions aim to inspire young females by increasing access to football, promoting positive social interactions, and encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle.
There is also a pathway opportunity for girls to join our Kicks Development Centre which is an exciting football programme for dedicated Fulham Kicks participants. The Kicks Development Centre is designed to enhance both player and team development through dynamic training sessions, monthly fixtures, and unique opportunities for exposure to other clubs and pathways for further progression.

Premier League Changemakers
Premier League Changemakers is a recognised qualification (in partnership with UNITAR) that aims to empower young women to develop a positive attitude towards leadership, learn self-reflection skills and inspire participants to pursue different career paths. The course is designed for female participants between the ages of 13-18.

Girls Football and Education College Programme
Our College Football and Education programme allows students to combine their 6th form studies with regular, high quality football training, and competitive fixtures.
With a focus on developing the ‘whole’ person, our ‘Good’ Ofsted rated partner school, Raynes Park High School offers a wide range of academic studies and support to suit the student athletes. While, having access to academy standard coaching with the opportunity to train and play at Fulham FC’s Training Ground provides participants with a high-quality footballing experience.

Made in Fulham
Made in Fulham supports young people to take their first steps into a football coaching career by providing a combination of qualifications, practical coaching experience and employment skills.
Through this, we support our participants to either enter employment, training, or continuing their education upon finishing the programme.

Women’s Walking Football
Walking Football is a slower-paced version of the game, designed for those who want to stay active while enjoying football in a more relaxed setting. It is ideal for women of all ages and abilities, particularly those returning to the sport or looking for a low-impact way to exercise. The sessions focus on improving fitness, social connection, and overall wellbeing, making it a fantastic way to stay engaged with the sport.

Fulham Memories
Fulham Memories Clubs were initially launched because of the generosity of Fulham FC Legend and World Cup Winner, George Cohen. The activities are now part of our Fulham Teammates programme, which provides a range of activities, including reminiscence sessions, quizzes, and light physical activity. The goal of this programme is to increase social inclusion for older adults by engaging in group activities in sessions that are run across Southwest London.
