HALF SEASON TICKET - CONDITIONS OF ISSUE
1.    Issue of Half Season Ticket
1.1      The issue of a Half Season Ticket and your subsequent entry into the Stadium is subject to these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue and each of the following (where applicable): the General Terms and Conditions, the Home Match Conditions of Issue, the Ground Regulations, the Customer Charter and/or such other regulations as the Club may issue from time-to-time.
1.2    These Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue, the terms, conditions and the regulations set out in paragraph 1.1 and any other applicable regulations shall be subject to change from time-to-time.  They will each be available on the Club’s website at www.fulhamfc.com  and/or (where applicable) on the website of the relevant Football Authority.
1.3    Half Season Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only.  By applying for a Half Season Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.
1.4     The Club will make available junior and concession tickets.  Concession and Junior tickets holders must bring photographic identification (“ID”) to verify their eligibility for any Half Season Ticket.  The ID the Club will accept is limited to passports, photographic driving licences, freedom passes and EEC National Identity Cards.  Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult, being a person who is 18 years or over.  Any person who obtains and/or gains entry or seeks to gain entry to the Stadium under a concession ticket to which they are not entitled, may have their ticket suspended and be subject to a ban from the Stadium.

2.    Admission to the Stadium
2.1    Use of a Half Season Ticket constitutes acceptance of these Half Season Ticket Terms and Conditions.

2.2    A Half Season Ticket permits you to attend a Home Match taking place during the Half Season at the seat indicated on the Half Season Ticket or such other alternative seat of equal price as the Club may, from time to time, allocate to you at its reasonable discretion.

2.3    The Club shall be entitled to move your seat to an alternative seat of equivalent price prior to or during a Home Match if it reasonably considers that your behaviour at such Home Match does (or may) adversely affect the enjoyment of other spectators at any Home Match or in any event where the Club believes (in its absolute discretion) that it is in the interests of your safety or other spectators’ safety at any Home Match to do so.

2.4    Nothing in these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement by you to occupy the seat indicated on the Half Season Ticket at any match other than a Home Match or at any Home Match in any subsequent season.   For the avoidance of doubt, if you purchase a Half Season Ticket in the New Riverside Stand Lower Tier, you acknowledge and agree that the seat will be allocated to you for the Half Season only and you will not be entitled to renew your Half Season Ticket in this seat for any future seasons, unless agreed by the Club in writing.

2.5    Save as set out herein, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Stadium any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a Home Match or any aspect of it.  Any person acting in breach of this provision will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data to the League and/or the Club and the copyright in any such recording or transmission is hereby assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988) to the Club and the League, as appropriate.

2.6    Mobile telephones are permitted within the Stadium, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

2.7    Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football related clothing worn in good faith, you shall not bring into, use or display within the Stadium any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials or any flags which are offensive, abusive, racist or discriminatory or any flags which the Club deem in its sole discretion to have a political message.

2.8    You shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale by any person) within the Stadium any consumer article or commercial product of any nature. For the avoidance of doubt this clause shall not prevent the lawful distribution of text publications where both the content and the publication are lawful in all respects and do not in the Club's reasonable opinion constitute a threat to public order.

2.9    Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right to refuse entry to the Stadium, or to eject any person from the Stadium, on any occasion, including where (by way of non-limiting examples):

(a)    the Club considers in its absolute discretion that your entry in the Stadium may cause danger, discomfort or to you or any other person in the Stadium; or

(b)    the Club considers in its absolute discretion that you have breached (or that you will breach when entering or occupying the Stadium) any of these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue, the General Terms and Conditions, the Ground Regulations, the Customer Charter, the Home Match Conditions of Issue and/or such other regulations as may be applicable and/or as the Club may specify from time-to-time; or

(c)    you are the subject of any ban or suspension decision or order imposed by the Club, any Football Authority, and/or any other competent body (including, without limitation, the Police).

3    Use of Half Season Ticket

3.1    Half Season Tickets are issued for your sole use and you shall not resell, assign or (save as set out in clause 3.2 below) transfer or lend the Half Season Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to reselling the Half Season Ticket includes reference to offering to sell a Half Season Ticket, exposing a Half Season Ticket for sale, making a Half Season Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Half Season Ticket is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) this Half Season Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition nor transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, given to a third party who agrees to buy another good or service, or used for any other commercial purpose, save as expressly authorised by the League or the Club.

3.2    You may only resell or transfer the Half Season Ticket to a Guest with the express written consent of the Club (which may be given at the Club's absolute discretion).  No such resale or transfer will be permitted except where the same takes place in respect of an individual Match and in consideration of no payment or benefit in excess of the face value of a ticket to that Home Match and such transfer does not take place during the course of any business or for the purpose of facilitating any third party's business. Such resale or transfer to any Guest is subject to these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue, the General Terms and Conditions, the Ground Regulations, the Customer Charter, Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions, the Home Match Conditions of Issue and/or such other regulations as the Club and/or any Football Authority may specify from time to time.  Any such rules and/or regulations will apply to that Guest as if he/she was the original purchaser of the Half Season Ticket (and you must inform the Guest of this).

3.3    The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that Half Season Tickets are being sold illegally and will press charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or we reasonably suspect you have committed a ticketing offence, we will notify the League who may in turn notify other League Clubs and/or the UK Football Policing Unit. The information that we share may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). We will use this to identify and prevent ticketing offences and disorder at Home Matches.

3.4    The Half Season Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer.  The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Half Season Ticket at any time.

3.5    Any Half Season Ticket obtained or used in breach of these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Half Season Ticket shall be nullified.  Misuse of this Half Season Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Stadium in respect of a particular Match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of this Half Season Ticket. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 3.5, no refund shall be payable to the holder in respect of any unexpired portion of the Half Season Ticket. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorized use of the Half Season Ticket.

3.6    Where a person intends to upgrade a junior Half Season Ticket or any concession Half Season Ticket for a Home Match, such person shall be afforded the right to upgrade the Half Season Ticket for up to 3 Home Matches across the Season.    Upgrade prices (which may vary from time to time) will be released prior to the Home Matches to which they apply.   Where an upgrade is applicable to any Family Zone area, you will be relocated from this area as if the junior will no longer be in attendance.

3.7    Where Half Season Tickets are purchased after the commencement of the Half Season the cost of the Half Season Ticket will be reduced by the Club on a pro-rata basis, taking into account the full price of the remaining Home Matches in the Half Season as at the date of purchase.

3.8    Half Season Tickets shall be valid for all Home Matches played by the Club at the Stadium during the Half Season.  For the avoidance of doubt (and notwithstanding any provision or assertion to the contrary) Half Season Tickets shall not be valid for any play-off matches at the end of the Season, nor for any other cup matches, friendly matches or other matches outside the Season.

4    Changes to Dates, Refunds, Exchanges & Charges

4.1    No guarantees can be given by the Club that a Home Match during the Season will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule any Home Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.  Your Half Season Ticket will enable you to attend the re-arranged Home Match.

4.2    The Club will have no further liability whatsoever to you or any other third party arising out of or in connection with the cancellation and/or rescheduling of any Home Match, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.

4.3    The Club may from time to time operate a ticket exchange platform for Half Season Ticket holders only to post their Half Season Ticket to the platform if they cannot be in attendance at a Home Match.  The Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions will apply directly to any transaction on the platform.

5    Lost or Stolen Half Season Tickets
5.1     In order to gain admission to the Stadium, your Half Season Ticket must be presented prior to entering the Stadium and remain present during the entirety of every Home Match.
5.2    If, in the Club's absolute discretion, a Half Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed, a duplicate Half Season Ticket shall be issued by the Club as soon as reasonably practicable.  Only one duplicate Half Season Ticket will be issued to you per season and you will be required to sign a document confirming that the original Half Season Ticket is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed and indemnifying the Club against any direct or indirect consequences of such matter having been falsely represented or stated to the Club.
6    Change of Address

If you change your address during the Season you must notify the Club in writing as soon as possible.

7    Cancellation & Withdrawal of Half Season Ticket

7.1    Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any breach of these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue, the General Terms and Conditions, the Ground Regulations, The Customer Charter, the Ticket Exchange Terms and Conditions and/or any other conditions issued by the Club, to cancel and withdraw your Half Season Ticket.  In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid in respect of any unexpired portion of the Half Season Ticket.  Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute a breach of these Half Season Ticket Conditions of Issue and shall entitle the Club, at its absolute discretion, to take action against you without prejudice to any other rights or remedies the Club has or may have:

7.2     In the event that your Half Season Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from the Stadium, cancel any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Home Match ticket or Half Season Ticket or any away match ticket in the Club end at its absolute discretion.
