To cap off a brilliant senior competitive debut, Luc De Fougerolles has won Fulham's Man of the Match award against Ipswich.

The 18 year-old showed maturity beyond his years with five recoveries, five duels won as well as completing 57/63 passes successfully.

Speaking to FFCtv after the game, the young defender said: "It was amazing to play in front of so many fans, the away fans were amazing.

"It was a great experience and hopefully there's much more to come."

Marco Silva was also full of praise for the Canadian post-match. "The boy deserves it" our Head Coach said.

"I didn't have doubts to start with him to be honest because he's giving me the confidence that he's ready to have these type of chances."

In a game of many perfect performances Luc won the tight vote with 24%, whilst goalscorers Tom Cairney (19%) and Harry Wilson (12%) were close behind.
