Digital Ticketing

The Club introduced digital tickets for the 2024/25 Premier League season, providing a new and easier way to enter Craven Cottage on matchdays.

Your Tickets

Season Tickets and single match tickets will now be issued digitally and stored in the wallet of supporters’ smart phones.

All passes use NFC technology, which is the same technology used to enable Apple and Google Pay. By way of example, fans will have already experienced NFC technology if they have used their phone to travel on the tube or pay for products in a shop.

Your season ticket is now issued as a season pass and only needs to be downloaded once at the start of the season. As the season progresses, each season pass will update automatically to show the next game.

Multiple season passes can be held on one phone, for example for families. Season passes were issued via email during the week commencing 12th August.

Ticket Sharing

A season ticket can be shared for a particular game by transferring it to a member of your friends and family network. This creates a new digital ticket for the recipient and disables the season pass for the sender for the match in question. Transferring works on a match-by-match basis and does not transfer the season pass (season ticket) to the recipient, only the specific match.

iPhone 6 and above, and most Android/Google phones are compatible with NFC technology. NFC passes cannot be downloaded using desktop devices. You must download your NFC pass before you arrive at the stadium.
