Entering the stadium
What do I do at the turnstiles on matchday?
Before arriving at the Stadium, ensure that your pass or ticket is downloaded to the mobile device you intend to use for entry - once it is stored in your digital wallet, you will not need internet access for your ticket to work, but your device will need to be switched on.
On approach to your Turnstile and Entrance, locate your pass/ticket held within your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app. At the turnstile your phone should be held, screen up, over the contactless reader.
Please note, each pass/ticket will only work once on the turnstile – it is not possible to pass your ticket onto anyone else once you have entered the stadium. If you require any assistance on the day, please speak to the nearest Steward or visit the Ticket Office.
Does the digital pass/digital ticket need to be open on the screen when tapping?
Yes, locate your ticket held within your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app.
Each pass displays your turnstile entry point - at the turnstile your phone should be held, screen up, over the contactless reader where it will then be scanned.
Does my phone need WiFi or signal to use my Digital Pass at Craven Cottage?
Your mobile device does not require WiFi connectivity or signal on matchday as long as your digital pass is already in your Apple Wallet/Google Pay app prior to attending. Please ensure you have downloaded your digital pass to your wallet before arriving at the stadium to avoid delays on entry.
My child does not have a smartphone, how will they access the stadium?
If a junior supporter has their own smartphone, they will be able to download their digital ticket or pass to their mobile device.
More than one ticket can be loaded to one phone (although each ticket itself can only be loaded once). If your child does not have a smartphone, we would recommend loading their ticket to your phone.
When accessing your tickets on your mobile device, you will be able to swipe left and right between different tickets to find the correct one to scan. When approaching the turnstile please have the child's ticket ready first. Scan that ticket and let them go through the turnstile before scanning and entering on your own ticket.
What happens if I forget or lose my phone on a matchday?
Please visit the Ticket Office. A matchday replacement ticket will be issued and ticket reprint fee will apply.
What happens if my smartphone runs out of battery on a matchday?
Please visit the Ticket Office where you will be able to charge your mobile device.
