Receiving Forwarded Tickets

Follow the step-by-step instructions below for guidance on how to accept a ticket that has been forwarded to you.

Step One

Click the 'profile' icon in the top right corner to display this tab.

Then click 'forwarded tickets'.

Step Two

Any ticket(s) that you have been forwarded will then appear here, these will be categorised by fixture.

You can check who the ticket has come from and where it is seated.

Click the tick box of all the tickets you would like to accept, you can select multiple tickets at once.

Then click 'accept tickets'.

Step Three

Review all the details of your accepted ticket(s).

Before proceeding please read the Terms & Conditions, then tick the box acknowledging you have done so.

Then click 'complete purchase'.

Step Four

The forwarded ticket(s) have now been succesfully accepted.

You will receive a confirmation email, this is where tickets can be downloaded and added to your Apple/Google Wallet.
