How much will I be charged for the service?
There is no charge for Season Ticket Holders who wish to use the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange.
When will I receive the sum credited to my account for the matches I have resold my ticket(s) for?
If the ticket(s) you have listed has sold, the credit will be added to your account within 24 hours. This can be used for future ticketing purchases.
Can I use the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange for any home fixture?
The option to list your seat on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange will only be made available once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited/sold out.
The Club will communicate any home league fixture where the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange is made available.
What can I do if I have listed my seat for sale and then change my mind?
If your seat remains unsold, you will be able to unlist your seat via your online ticketing account, via the same process as where you listed your seat.
Once your ticket has been resold, you cannot unlist your seat.
I have sold my seat through the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange service and now wish to attend this fixture, is there anything I can do?
Unfortunately, once the ticket has sold via the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange, you are unable to attend the match using your Season Ticket.
Please ensure that you are only listing tickets for games that you know you cannot attend.
When is the deadline to list my seat(s) for resale?
The Fulham FC Ticket Exchange closes three hours before kick-off for each home league fixture. A ticket can be listed at any moment up until this time. However, the earlier you list the ticket the more likely you are to sell the ticket.
When can I put my seat(s) up for sale?
The option to list your seat on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange will only be made available once General Admission ticket availability becomes limited or has sold out.
The club will communicate any home league fixture where the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange is available.
Is there a limit to how many times that I can list my seat in a season?
Subject to the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange being ‘live' for a fixture, you can post as many times as you wish.
Are there any other ways I can resell my ticket(s)?
No, the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange is the only official and legal way for Season Ticket holders to sell their seats.
Will I be notified when my seat has sold?
You will receive automated email confirmation once your ticket has been sold on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange.
I'd like to forward my Season Ticket to a friend or family member, can I?

Who is eligible to use the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange to buy a ticket?
This is dependent on the fixture.
If the fixture originally went on sale to Members, Season Ticket Holders and Supporters with Previous Booking History, then this service will only be available to current Members.
If the fixture went on General Sale, all supporters will be able to purchase through the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange.
What will I be charged to use this service?
Tickets will be sold through this platform at the General Admission pricing, at the full Adult rate only. There is no concession pricing for tickets purchased on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange.
There is no additional charge other than any standard booking fees.
What happens after I have purchased a ticket?
You will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant information.
Can I refund/resale a ticket purchased on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange?
No, all tickets purchased on the Fulham FC Ticket Exchange are non-transferable and non-refundable.
