Delano has developed well over the last couple of seasons as a midfield player who can control the game from deep or attack and get in the box and score or create goals.

The 16-year-old enjoyed a good season with the Under-16s, recording over 10 goals and 10 assists. He comes from a footballing family, with older brothers who have played Academy and non-league football.

He continued to impress after stepping up to the Under-18s and quickly became a regular on the team sheet, with 21 appearances under his belt in all competitions.
