
As part of the new fulhamfc.com, the Club has launched a new single account service, providing fans access to all online Club services.
Called the OneFulham Account, this account will combine supporters' different logins to Club sites into one, making the online experience of following Fulham FC much simpler. Fans now have access to the Club's ticketing, retail and FFCtv service through this one account, reducing the need for separate logins and passwords across the different services.
The OneFulham Account is now the only way you’ll be able to:
- Buy and renew match tickets and season tickets online at fulhamfc.com/tickets
- Purchase merchandise from the online store at shop.fulhamfc.com
- Listen live on matchdays and enjoy video-on-demand on FFCtv across fulhamfc.com and the Official Fulham FC App
- Manage your communication preferences to control what and how you hear from the Club
As part of this process, fans are required to create a new OneFulham Account and link their existing ticketing profile to it.
This is a one-time process, and we urge supporters to complete this as soon as possible in order to continue to make online purchases with the Club and enjoy video content for subscribers on FFCtv. Please ensure that information supplied is up to date and accurate, in order to continue to make online purchases and be able to enjoy video content on FFCtv.
Supporters who have already created an account through our preference centre are only required to go through the account linking process.

How To Create Your OneFulham Account
1. Visit fulhamfc.com and click ‘Log In’ in the top right corner to get started.

2. To create your OneFulham Account click ‘Register’ in the bottom right corner.

3. Fill out your details and click ‘Submit’. Please use the same email address associated with your current ticketing account.

4. You will then be sent an email to confirm your email address.

5. Login to your email account and activate your OneFulham Account by clicking the link.

6. A confirmation message is displayed and your OneFulham Account is now activated.

1. Log in to OneFulham Account with the details you created.

2. If prompted, select your opt-in preferences and click ‘Save Preferences’. You can change your preferences at any time and tailor them to suit you, ensuring you stay up-to-date with all the latest club news.

3. Click on Linked Accounts to start the account linking process.

4. If prompted, update your profile details and ensure all fields are completed and click ‘Continue’.

5. Once your profile has been completed you will see the below page. Click on the red button which says 'LINK YOUR TICKETING PROFILE OR CREATE A NEW TICKETING PROFILE.'

6. Enter your Client Reference Number in the box ensuring it is the correct Client Reference Number associated with the ticketing profile you want to link. This can be found on your season card or on any ticketing confirmation emails. If you do not have a Client Reference Number please click 'CREATE NEW TICKETING PROFILE'.

7. Once successfully linked you will see the below showing your linked profiles. You are now set to make online purchases.
