Fulham FC unveils bold new chapter in Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, with 'Fulham For All' Strategy
Fulham Football Club is proud to announce a renewed and invigorated commitment to Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) with the launch of our comprehensive three-year strategy, Fulham For All. This initiative marks a significant stride towards fostering a club environment where everyone - staff, players, supporters, and community participants - feels a genuine sense of belonging.
Building upon our past achievements and the lessons we've learned, Fulham For All is more than just a statement; it's a call to action. Our strategy outlines tangible steps and collaborative efforts with key allies in EDI practice to drive meaningful change within football and society.
A cornerstone of this new chapter is the establishment of our external EDI Advisory Group. This collective will provide diverse perspectives and expert guidance, ensuring our actions resonate authentically with the communities we serve.
Jamie Dapaah, Fulham FC's Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager, emphasises the importance of this initiative: "It's about creating a culture where everyone feels valued and heard. Through education, policy, and community engagement, we're committed to making lasting change."
Join us as we embark on this exciting journey to champion inclusivity and set new standards in football. Together, we can make Fulham For All a reality for everyone.
“Fulham Football Club and Foundation maintain a zero-tolerance approach to racism and takes any form of discriminatory or violent abuse of its staff, players and supporters extremely seriously. Workforce Data 2025
Fulham Football Club has undertaken a detailed review of our workforce composition. This annual data collection is a key tool in helping us better understand the people who lead our Club from boardroom to operational delivery and ensures we remain aligned with both regulatory expectations and our own organisational values.
This exercise focuses on our permanent workforce, including senior leaders, operational staff, and coaching teams, across both the Club and our Foundation. It enables us to reflect on how we’re progressing towards our wider Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) objectives and where there are opportunities to strengthen representation and support across all areas of the Club.
By gathering insights across several key characteristics, we are better placed to build a workplace where individuals feel seen, supported, and valued. This work also supports a more evidence informed approach to our recruitment, staff development, and inclusive leadership efforts.
