The Under 21s returned to action after a three-week break with Premier League International Cup victory at Motspur Park.
Sparta Praha were toppled 3-1 in a largely dominant display on Tuesday evening.
Aaron Loupalo-Bi and Terrell Works grabbed the Fulham goals, with Mayas Jedlicka grabbing the solitary Sparta goal.

Fulham started fast and were rewarded for their pressure just six minutes in; Josh King pressed well to win the ball from the Sparta defence and had his near-post effort saved well by Joeri Jesse Heerkens, before Loupalo-Bi was there to follow up on the rebound.
King was at the centre of Fulham's next chance, turning two men just inside the Sparta half before spraying a fantastic ball in behind for Works to meet, but the effort didn't trouble Heerkens.
Patient build-up saw King go through on goal on thirty minutes, but his powerful effort from a tight angle rattled back off of the crossbar.
The lead was doubled just a couple of minutes later when Loupalo-Bi received a long Alex Borto pass well, nodding it down to Works on the left, who raced in behind and coolly slotted to the far post.
A penalty was awarded five minutes before the break when Lemar Gordon was brought down; Jon Esenga stepped up, but his powerful strike was saved well by Heerkens.

Fulham's third came just after the break. Esenga whipped in a dangerous low cross and Loupalo-Bi applied the finish, leaving the Sparta 'keeper flat-footed.
Sparta's first real sight of goal came on 72 minutes when right-back Petr Hodous found himself with time and space behind the Fulham defence, but his laced effort hit the side netting.
The visitors did pull one back five minutes later, with captain Jedlicka leaping highest to meet a Lukas Vana corner.
Alex Borto was called into action almost immediately from kick-off when play turned over and Sparta won a free-kick; Matyas Poturnay found space one-on-one from the set piece, but his volleyed effort was excellently saved.
