We are seeking exceptional individuals to join the Club as Stadium Tour Guides based at Craven Cottage. Tour guides are the ambassadors of the Club, guiding guests around our iconic stadium whilst sharing our history.
You will have excellent customer service skills, ensuring guests are provided with accurate information about the Club and deliver an insightful and enjoyable tour.
You will have excellent knowledge of Fulham Football Club, and whilst previous experience as a tour guide would be desirable, it is not essential. You will be enthusiastic, warm and have the ability to build good rapport with guests.
