Fulham Succumbs To Relegation Once Again

Even the much loved Ray Lewington couldn't turn around the team's fortunes and a hugely disappointing season - even more so considering the promise the previous season showed - ended in relegation. A 2-1 defeat at Swansea City on the last day of the season meant Fulham finished 21st, taking up the last relegation spot and agonisingly only one point away from safety.
