An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced health and wellbeing coach to join Fulham Football Club Foundation. The Health Development Assistant will be responsible for delivering high quality Health and Wellbeing sessions with adults 18+ and supporting the growth of the Health and Wellbeing programme.
Fulham FC Foundation strives to deliver high quality services and we recognise that our delivery staff are key to achieving this. Often the first point of contact for partners and customers and representing the Foundation in a range of environments, we set high standards for those who deliver our programmes.
Working within the Health and Wellbeing team, alongside delivering sessions you will support the smooth running of all Health and Wellbeing programmes, increase participation and support the recruitment of new health and wellbeing coaches.
You will be experienced in delivering health focused sessions to adults 18+, a confident communicator, well organised and passionate about the purpose of the Foundation.
You will be a positive role model, have exceptional time management skills and the ability to act on your own initiative.
The following qualifications and experience are essential:
- Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Award or Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
- FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
- FA Emergency First Aid
- Coaching and working with adult participants
- Working within a sports, or health environment
The position is a 20-hour part-time contract.
The posts are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
