Exiting the Stadium

Exit gates are opened shortly before full-time. The main exits are located at the Hammersmith & Putney Gates. There are also a number of exit gates located along the length of the Johnny Haynes Stand. All of these gates lead onto Stevenage Rd.

Supporters in the Riverside Stand can exit the stadium by walking around the rear of the Hammersmith Stand and out through the Hammersmith Gate.

To help ease congestion the Exit Gate between the Riverside Stand and Putney Stand, adjacent to Block Z, remains closed for approximately 10 min at the end of the game. Once crowds in the Putney End have dispersed, supporters in the Riverside may also exit using the access tunnel beneath the Putney End Stand.

Bishops Park is open after all matches (including evening games). In general terms the roads leading up to Fulham Palace Road offer a less congested route away from the stadium.

Lost Property

How do I contact the Lost Property Office?

Any items of lost property which are recovered by our staff or handed in by other supporters are held in safe storage at the stadium Security Office.

Our Stewards carry out a full sweep of the stadium after the match has finished. Cleaning staff also work in the stands in the hours following a game, so there is a chance that your item may be recovered several hours after the match has finished.

Supporters can visit the Office in person during or after the game. The Office is located at Gate 50 and is manned 24 hours and can be contacted by telephone on 0343 208 1222.
