Start your coaching journey with Made in Fulham
Made in Fulham is for young people aged 16+ that are interested in taking their first steps into a football coaching career.
Participants will experience a number of opportunities that will be fundamental in supporting their coaching journey. These include:
- Football coaching qualifications
- Coach education sessions
- Employability workshops
- 1-1 mentoring
- Work experience at Fulham FC Foundation
Made in Fulham is a free 13-week programme. Previous coaching experience or coaching qualifications are not required.

Programme Schedule: Season 2024/25
Across the 2024/25 season, we will be running the following cohorts:
- Cohort 1: Start date - 28th October 2024
- Cohort 2: Start date - 7th April 2025

Programme Content
The Made in Fulham programme will provide you with your first steps into a football coaching career.
The programme includes the following:
- EE Playmaker course
- Introduction to Coaching Disabled Footballers course
- Play Phase course
- The Greater Game course
- 1-2-1 mentoring sessions
- Weekly educational sessions
- 12-weeks work experience on Fulham FC Foundation programmes
- Introduction to Coaching Football course (on completion of programme)
Weekly educational sessions include:
- Understanding yourself
- Understanding your coaching context
- Ethical coaching
- Effective session design
- Delivering effective coaching sessions
- Employability skills

Made in Fulham is supported by the Premier League and Professional Footballer’s Association. Administered through the Premier League Charitable Fund, the funding helps football clubs to tackle inequality and respond to local challenges, supporting people and their communities to be more inclusive.
This season, 24 professional football club community organisations across the Premier League and English Football League are delivering projects supported by the Premier League and PFA in their local communities.
These funded projects have engaged more than 230,000 unique participants in more than 330,000 sessions across England and Wales. Projects are supported by current and former professional football players, and scholars, to enhance the impact on participants.
