The deadline for renewing your season ticket is 5pm on Tuesday 22nd June. Thereafter, seats will be released, and you will unfortunately no longer be guaranteed a seat for next season.
HOW DO I RENEW MY SEAT?
Visit tickets.fulhamfc.com and log in with your OneFulham Account. Once you are logged in, your available seats will be displayed on the Tickets homepage, under Your Reserved Tickets. Simply follow the steps to complete your payment purchase. Alternatively, fans can call the Fulham FC Ticket Office on +44 (0) 203 871 0810 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
I WISH TO LOOK AT ALTERNATIVE SEATS TO PURCHASE RATHER THAN RENEW MY EXISTING SEAT. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Supporters wishing to change their current reservation will be able to move into any seat not currently held in reservation for another season ticket holder as part of their initial renewal purchase. To discuss seat move availability, please contact the ticket office on +44 (0) 203 871 0810 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).
Following the release of Season Ticket Reservations on Monday 28th June, additional availability may be released so a further short window for seat moves will be opened at this point.
CAN I RENEW MY SEASON TICKET IN MY CURRENT SEAT AND THEN MOVE LATER?
We encourage you to renew, however due to the reduced capacity for the forthcoming 2021/22 season we cannot guarantee supporters renewing may have the opportunity to move seats. More details regarding seating availability will be made available once all renewal periods have been completed.
WILL CRAVEN COTTAGE RETURN TO FULL CAPACITY IN 2021/22?
As the Club continues to follow Government guidance and the road out of lockdown, it is hoped that all fans will be able to attend matches again at Craven Cottage next season.
WHAT IF GAMES REVERT TO BEHIND CLOSED DOORS OR AT RESTRICTED CAPACITY?
We guarantee that we will not charge any supporters for matches they are unable to attend due to COVID-restricted capacities/behind closed door matches. For matches supporters are unable to attend due to social distancing or games going to behind closed doors, the Club will issue automated phased refunds across the season.
WILL I HAVE TO WEAR A FACE COVERING AT MATCHES?
The Club continues to follow the latest advice and will be able to confirm plans for supporters ahead of the start of the 2021/22 season.

CAN I PAY BY INSTALMENTS?
An instalment plan option for supporters looking to spread the cost of their Season Ticket across six (6) and nine (9) months is available.
This plan is offered on behalf of Fulham Football Club by finance provider V12 with 6 monthly payments and a £27.15 fee applicable, or 9 monthly payments with a £31.75 fee applicable.

WHAT ARE RESTRICTED VIEW SEATS?
A restricted view seat is defined as being one where the view of either goalmouth is blocked in part by a permanent fixture or fitting, such as a handrail or a roof-supporting pole. Owing to the age of our ground there are several restricted view seats in various locations. The sightline and extent of the restriction does vary greatly from seat to seat.
WHAT IS THE ONEFULHAM ACCOUNT?
The OneFulham Account provides fans with a single online account to access the Club’s digital properties including fulhamfc.com, ticketing, retail and FFCtv.
Only one account with one password is now required ensuring a more consistent experience when making purchases online and reducing the chances of forgetting passwords or usernames. Fans also now have greater control over how they hear from us through their preference centre.
Supporters will need to create their OneFulham Account in order to purchase match tickets/season tickets, memberships or merchandise online and also to be able to watch live matches and video on demand on FFCtv.
Fans will be able to complete and update their personal details in the profile section of their OneFulham Account, and also change their preferences on receiving marketing information from the Club.
HOW DO I CREATE A ONEFULHAM ACCOUNT?
Simply visit fulhamfc.com and click on ‘Login/Register’ in the top right corner. Click ‘Create Account’ and enter your details and create a password.
If you currently have a ticketing account, you must sign up with the same email associated with your current ticketing account in order to be able to successfully link these accounts and keep your ticketing transaction history.
You will then receive a verification email where you will need to click the link. Once you have completed your preferences your account will be successfully activated and you’re all set.

AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER, WILL I HAVE PRIORITY ACCESS TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR INDIVIDUAL MATCHES?
As part of their benefits, Season Ticket Holders and Members will continue to receive priority access to purchase available individual match seats.
As 2021/22 Memberships and match tickets have yet to launch, please refer back to fulhamfc.com at a later date for more details.
ARE CUP GAMES LOADED ONTO MY SEASON TICKET CARD & DOES THIS STILL HAPPEN IF I CHOOSE A SEAT THAT IS NOT MY OWN?
Your Season Ticket card is valid for Fulham’s home league games only.
You have the option to join our Home Cup Tie Scheme by registering a valid debit or credit card with the Club.
By doing so, if and when Fulham are drawn at home in the Emirates FA Cup or EFL Cup, you will automatically be sent a ticket for your seat. Prices will vary depending on our opponents. This is a season-long initiative, and as such supporters will need to ensure they enrol for 2021/22.
HOW DO I SIGN UP TO THE HOME CUP TIE SCHEME?
As part of your renewal process, you will see a prompt to opt into the Home Cup Tie scheme and you will be asked to register your card details.
Following this, once home cup tickets become available your card will automatically be debited with the value of the tickets you have registered for.
Fans can also register for the Home Cup Tie scheme by phone.
AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER CAN I MOVE MY SEAT FOR INDIVIDUAL GAMES?
Subject to availability, you can move your Season Ticket for an individual game if you are purchasing an additional ticket alongside it.
You can do so by calling the Ticket Office on 0203 871 0810.
If you are moving to a more expensive area, you will be charged the relevant price difference. A paper ticket will be issued when your seat is moved, which must be used for that fixture instead of your Season Ticket card.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET/LOSE MY SEASON TICKET CARD?
If your Season Ticket card is lost or stolen, please contact the Ticket Office as soon as possible so that a replacement card can be issued. Please note there is a £5 charge payable to replace lost or stolen cards.
CAN I HAVE A PAPER MATCH TICKET PRINTED TO REPLACE MY SEASON TICKET CARD?
If you forget to bring your Season Ticket card to a home game, you will need to go to the Ticket Office where a replacement paper ticket can be issued. A £5 charge is payable for any replacement paper tickets. You must bring ID with you.
CAN I COME TO CRAVEN COTTAGE TO LOOK AT SEATS?
Whilst we are unable to offer seat views to personal callers at Craven Cottage, fans can experience a 360°view from their seat by clicking the YOUR 3D SEAT VIEW in the YOUR SEASON TICKET section.
DO YOU HAVE A FAMILY ZONE?
Yes, our Family Zones are located in the Johnny Haynes Stand, Blocks A, AL, K, and KL. Supporters wishing to be seated in these areas of the Stadium must be attending with a Junior. Season Tickets in our Family Zone can only be purchased over the phone on 0203 871 0810.
CAN I SHARE MY SEASON TICKET WITH A FRIEND?
Season Tickets are for the sole use of the named supporter. If you are unable to attend a game and would like a friend to use your ticket, you will need to request this in writing by emailing tickets@fulhamfc.com so a paper ticket can be issued. Please note a £5 charge is payable for paper tickets.
CAN I UPGRADE MY SEASON TICKET FOR INDIVIDUAL GAMES?
A Season Ticket can be upgraded at all league fixtures throughout the season, however limited to a maximum number of six (6) per person per season.
A flat fee for the upgrade is applicable, across all areas of the ground, irrespective of the price paid for your Season Ticket. Whilst costs are yet to be finalised, there will be a fee for both any junior to adult upgrade and concession to adult upgrade.
Upgrades can only be processed through the Fulham Ticket Office, over the phone on 0203 871 0810 or in person only, and where any upgrade is applicable to the Family Zone areas, we politely ask the Season Ticket Holder to relocate from this area if a junior is no longer attending. The above fee still applies.
Any Season Ticket Holder upgrading their seat will be issued with a barcoded paper ticket to use instead of their regular Season Ticket card for that game.
WHAT IS THE FULHAM FC TICKET EXCHANGE? HOW DOES IT WORK?
The Club’s Ticket Exchange scheme provides Season Ticket Holders who are unable to attend a game the opportunity to sell their tickets to fellow Fulham members or transfer them to family or friends. Fans are able to access the Ticket Exchange service for home league matches where the Club turns on this specific service. This will be for matches whereby attendance at Craven Cottage is close to capacity, and the Club will communicate this via fulhamfc.com and email to those fans opted-in for email communications.
WHEN WILL THE NEW RIVERSIDE STAND BE COMPLETED?
Work on the new Riverside development will continue into 2021/22 season. The new Riverside Stand is scheduled to be fully operational ahead of the 2022/23 season.
CAN I MOVE MY SEASON TICKET INTO THE NEW RIVERSIDE STAND WHEN IT IS COMPLETE?
Yes. The new stand will have an increased capacity and offerings. We will prioritise those affected by the construction over the course of the two season-build but should then be able to offer all Season Ticket Holders opportunities to purchase seasonal packages within the new stand.
