Supporters who had a ticket for Fulham v Brighton on Wednesday 16th December will receive a full refund, directly back to the card that was used for the transaction. Payment should arrive in supporters’ accounts within 7-10 days.
For any payments which cannot be processed automatically, these supporters will be contacted by a member of the Ticket Office team and asked to provide their bank details. Payment for these transcations will be processed weekly.
Fans who held tickets to Fulham v Brighton will receive priority access to the next fixture ballot which becomes available, once we are able to welcome supporters back to Craven Cottage. More information will be provided on fulhamfc.com.
