The opposition
After a solid start to the season from Bristol City in which they lost just three of their opening 20 matches, they’ve been plagued by inconsistency since December. They did bounce back from a run of five defeats from six with a four game winning streak, but since then they’ve only picked up maximum points once, and head into Saturday’s match having lost three and drawn one of their previous four outings. They’re still very much in with a Play-Off shout, though, sitting just two points behind sixth-placed Preston North End.

Bristol City have provided us with the following information for fans travelling to the game by car:
Due to a fire last weekend the M32, J2 northbound slip-road will likely be closed while they assess the structural damage. This doesn’t directly affect most fans coming to the game but all the M32 traffic which normally goes to Ikea/Tesco etc is being diverted northbound to J1 and back southbound to exit J2. Basically this is going to add huge amounts of traffic to the M32 which will affect home fans and those coming from London.
