Fulham v Crystal Palace | Craven Cottage | Saturday 24th October 2020 | 3pm | #FULCRY
The opposition
- Palace have struggled a little since winning their opening two matches of the Premier League season. Their 1-1 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion at the weekend was the only point they’ve managed from their last three outings.
- That draw with their rivals saw Palace score with their only shot on goal. While they may be disappointed by a lack of chances created, it’s typical Roy Hodgson that they still managed to take a result away from the game.
- Saturday will be Hodgson’s 129th match in charge of Crystal Palace, equalling the number of fixtures he oversaw as Fulham manager.

Fulham team news
Scott Parker confirmed this week that Josh Onomah has joined Kenny Tete and Joachim Andersen on the treatment table. Terence Kongolo is still not yet fit, but Harrison Reed has returned to training.
Crystal Palace team news
Gary Cahill suffered a swollen shin in the Brighton draw in the incident that saw Lewis Dunk sent off, and will miss out on Saturday as a result. Jordan Ayew and Jack Butland will also not feature, having both returned a positive Covid-19 test meaning they are in self-isolation. Martin Kelly, Scott Dann and Max Meyer were also all missing against the Seagulls. James McCarthy picked up an injury while on international duty and could be absent again at Craven Cottage, while Wayne Hennessey injured himself with Wales and has been left out of Palace's 25 man squad.
Coverage

Player insight
Ola Aina knows Crystal Palace have individuals that can hurt teams, but is eagerly anticipating the challenge that awaits on Saturday.
“I think Palace are a very good side, you know, especially on the counter-attack,” he said. “They’ve got exciting players, quick players, skilful players.
“It’s a challenge that all of us should be looking forward to. If we work hard and continue working as we have been throughout recent weeks and games, I think we should be okay.
“We just need to get our heads down and do the job.”
