Fulham FC Women have announced their retained players list as they build towards the 2020/21 season in the London & South East Regional Women’s Football League.
Head Coach Steve Jaye has already begun preparations for the new season, and said: “The club is dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for its players and staff, with a number of developments put in place over the past two years to support this.
“I am pleased with the players that have committed to another season with us, and with a few new additions over the coming weeks, I am looking forward to seeing what the 20/21 season will bring.”

18 of the squad from 2019/20 have committed to continue playing their football with FFCW for the upcoming campaign:
Tessa Allen
Alice Curr
Kate Foster
Ruth Goode
Sophie Hudson
Bex Jefferies
Edie Kelly
Lilly Lambird
Emma Marlow
Ella Meehan
Meg Mendes
Lauren Peck
Becky Stormer
Mary Southgate
Gemma Taylor

This announcement comes in time with the recent change in Football Association guidance advising that amateur football can return to competitive play.
Karen Taylor, Head of Operations at Fulham FC Foundation, said: “With the sudden end to the 19/20 season and the subsequent time away from football, it is great to have the squad back at training and focused on the future. We look forward to the season start date and to achieving our ambitions over the course of the year.”
The process of recruiting new players to the group has started and signings will be announced in due course.
Fulham FC Women can confirm that five players have left the club after the conclusion of the 19/20 season.
Steve Jaye commented: “Lucie Wynn and Casey Brady both joined the club from Carshalton in 2018 and have been good additions to the squad, supporting our push to raise our professional standards, and have developed greatly as a result.
“Chelcee Grimes has recently moved back to Liverpool and, alongside her thriving music career, has found an opportunity to continue to play football in upcoming season, in the North.
“Charlotte Lambert joined FFCW back in July 2019 and has made fantastic strides in her development, stepping up to adult football for the first time and we look forward to seeing her progress over the coming years.
“Olive Cole, who also joined last summer, has made the decision to retire from playing football, aiming to concentrate on her business as well as supporting the team as a fan.
“Each of these players have had a positive effect on the environment and standards we aspire to achieve at FFCW and I would like to thank each of them for the contribution they have made during their time with us and wish them the very best for the future.”
