Information for supporters attending matches at Craven Cottage.
Supporter safety at Craven Cottage is of paramount importance, the Club continues to follow Government recommendations while also implementing safety protocols on-site.
For supporters attending Craven Cottage on matchday, we remind you that any match tickets purchased must have been printed at home in advance. All supporters are encouraged to arrive early, with queues expected.
When buying a ticket do I have to provide proof of vaccination or a negative Covid test?
No – at this stage neither the UK Government or the EFL are requesting this however you will need to agree to abide by the Club's Covid Code of Conduct at the point of sale and should you develop symptoms before the match you should stay at home and follow Government Guidance.
Will there be staggered arrival times on Matchday?
No – Turnstiles will open 90 minutes before kick-off and fans are encouraged to avoid the peak period 30 minutes before kick-off and arrive early.
Will all turnstiles be open?
33 turnstiles will be open, however we encourage supporters to arrive early in order to avoid peak queing periods.
Craven Cottage will open 90 minutes prior to kick-off.
Will hand sanitisers be available at entrance points?
Yes – There will be hand sanitiser units at all of our entrances and throughout the stadium
Will the Store and Ticket Office be open?
Yes – Both will be open but subject to limited numbers to protect staff and supporters. Staff will wear face coverings and screens are in place at the all serving positions.
Will there be Matchday Programmes on sale and where?
Programmes will be on sale outside the ground.
Please be aware these are cash sales only.
Do I have to wear a face covering?
To protect supporters, Fulham staff are being asked to wear face coverings and whilst it is now not a legal requirement, we would encourage fans to follow Government recommendations when in a crowded area unless you are medically exempt.

Will I be able to bring a bag to Craven Cottage?
Yes – However all bags will be searched, and you should check the website for prohibited items before attending.
Will all toilet facilities be available?
Yes – All available toilets will be open in all areas. Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly and use available hand sanitisers.
Can I purchase food and beverages at Craven Cottage?
Yes- All kiosks will be open and servicing a range of products. Please remember to keep as socially distanced as possible when queuing.
You can purchase alcohol up until kick-off and at half-time as well as non-alcoholic beverages and food throughout the whole game.
Will there be gaps in the seating arrangements still?
No – We are now able to return to our normal seating following the Government announcement of a return to uncapped stadium capacities.
Can I change seats if I feel uncomfortable?
No – seats are allocated at the point of sale, and it will not be possible to move seats.
Will there be a staggered departure for fans?
No – Fans will be allowed to leave together.
If you are uncomfortable with this, stewards will ensure you have enough time to wait for the main egress to take place before you leave.
Will there be increased cleaning around the Stadium?
Yes - A team of dedicated cleaners will be working prior to and throughout the match to ensure main touch points such as handrails, door handles and counters are cleaned on a regular basis.
