Fulham Under-18s kickstart their 2021/22 season on Saturday, welcoming Tottenham to Motspur Park for an 11am kick-off.

Our youthful side, which will look a little different this year, have their eyes set on competing for a third successive title win.

Form

Fulham:

It's been a positive pre-season for the boys, who secured convincing wins over Charlton Athletic and Queens Park Rangers. New scholars Delano McCoy-Splatt and Terrell Works made a strong impact, bagging one brace each over the two games.

Spurs:

The North London side head to Motspur after a convincing 4-0 win over Coventry City in their final pre-season game.

Last Time Out

Steve Wigley's side enjoyed a bit of revenge, firing five past Spurs having previously lost 3-0 in the reverse fixture early on in the season.

Player Thoughts

Striker Jaylan Wildbore is looking forward to getting started on Saturday.

"I'm so excited to get back into competitive football, so for me the game can't come soon enough.

"I really hope I can play a big role, not just for myself but for the team and hopefully together we can achieve something special this season."

Jaylan Wildbore

With nine scholars stepping up this year, Jaylan feels they can have a big effect and is hoping to help them settle as quickly as possible.

"Having been a scholar myself, I know how important it is for them to have someone to look up to. Hopefully as the year progresses I can be of assistance. They could play a big part in our season!"
