Our 2021/22 FA Youth Cup journey will begin this evening, when our Under-18s face Everton at Goodison Park (7pm KO).

Please note, this game will be free to watch via our club website and app. (UK only).

Form

Everton:

The young Toffees are currently sixth in their respective league table and host us off the back of an impressive 3-0 win against Manchester United. Paul Tait's side made it to the Quarter-Finals of this competition last year, where they eventually lost 2-1 to West Bromwich Albion. They enjoyed plenty of highs along the way, knocking out both Manchester City and Chelsea.

Fulham:

After making a fast start in the league, Ali Melloul's lads have slowed as of late and haven't won a Premier League game since the beginning of October. They'll be hoping for a better run in the cup this year also, having suffered Third Round defeat to an Ipswich Town side that went on to lose to Liverpool in the Semi-Finals. Despite leading 2-1 on 88 minutes, a five-minute swing at Portman Road saw a premature end to our journey.

Last Time Out

The two sides last met at Motspur Park back in October 2019 for a Premier League Cup clash. It proved to be the first defeat of the season for our 18s, who surrendered a two-goal lead to lose the game 4-3.
