Fulham Under-23's host strugglers West Bromwich Albion on Friday (13:30) in search of a return to winning ways.
Form
Fulham:
Following a run of three straight victories towards the end of 2020 which saw them rise up the league table, the boys have since struggled to maintain consistency. A hard-fought 3-2 victory over Crystal Palace was sandwiched between losses against Leeds United and, most recently, Reading.
West Bromwich Albion:
It's been a very tough period for the young Baggies, who have lost their last three league games and sit second from bottom. They've only been in action once since the break, ending up on the wrong side of a 2-1 result against Midlands rivals Aston Villa.

Last Time Out
Mark Pembridge and Colin Omogbehin's side took the three points in the reverse fixture back in September, but it was far from comfortable. A Jean-Pierre Tiehi header followed by a cool Terry Ablade finish from outside the box put the visitors 2-0 up. Fin Thorndike grabbed one back for the home side but the young Whites saw the game out well.
Manager Thoughts
Joint head Coach Colin Omogbehin is hoping for a reaction from his side after their previous defeat.
"We'd like to react in a positive way after last week, which came after our win against Palace. It was definitely disappointing to come away at home with a 3-0 loss. The boys have worked hard this week and they'll be looking to bounce back.
"I've got to say, the mood of the group has been really good throughout the whole season," he added. "Even when we were going through a difficult run. The boys have a really strong mentality and a good togetherness and they want to achieve good things."

Colin saw the threat West Brom possessed earlier in the season and is fully aware of the unpredictability of PL2 football.
"They'll be looking to eradicate for the recent losses and bounce back. We're coming up against difficult opponents as they proved and this league is not clear-cut.
"It's much of a muchness, anybody in there is capable of beating anyone else on their day. It's the team that finds a real level of consistency that can break out and hopefully that can be us.
"If we can match their effort, with the quality that we've got we can be successful."
