Supporters are advised that as part of wider updates to the Club's ticketing platform, the ability to link Client Reference Numbers to a OneFulham Account has currently been suspended. 

This means that while fans who do not have a linked ticketing account are currently unable to complete this part of the process, supporters with a OneFulham Account can still use their existing accounts to log in and watch videos on fulhamfc.com and the Official Fulham FC App, or log in to shop online at shop.fulhamfc.com.

Fans who are yet to create an account will need to checkout as a guest on shop.fulhamfc.com until all services are reinstated.

Please do not attempt to create or link a new OneFulham Account at this stage, as any changes will not be carried over to the new updated services. Further information on next steps will be communicated to supporters online at fulhamfc.com, on social media and email.
