Aleksandar Mitrović is the greatest goal scorer in the history of Fulham Football Club!
That’s according to a fan vote on the official website this week, after cases were put forward for nine of our favourite attackers.
Mitro, Gordon Davies and Louis Saha appeared to be the front runners throughout the content series, and they duly took the top three spots.
There was not much between Mitrović and Ivor, but our current number nine managed to accrue five per cent more of the vote than the man at the top of our goal charts.
Bloggers Jack & Loz put forward the case for the big man, and were delighted to see him come out on top: “The Club is blessed to have had so many wonderful goal scorers, the likes of Ivor and Johnny Haynes. But Mitro is our here and now hero.
“His love and loyalty for the Club and the fans is mutual. He is, and will always be, a genuine record-breaking Club legend.”
