Fulham Under-18s are full of confidence going into their next league test, with Norwich City heading to Motspur Park on Saturday morning (11am ko).

Form

Fulham:

Ali Melloul's side enjoyed what was comfortably their best win of the season last weekend, hammering an in-form Chelsea side 7-1 at Cobham. That result meant we rose to third in the table, behind Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United.

Norwich:

The young Canaries also took all three points against Chelsea back in September, but have failed to pick up a win in their most recent four games. They suffered a 3-0 defeat to Spurs earlier in the week and so currently sit in 10th place.

Last Time Out

It was a tightly contested match when we last faced Norwich back in April. Harvey Araujo was on hand to put us ahead and, after an equaliser from the hosts, Matt Dibley-Dias fired us back in front with just minutes remaining.

Player Thoughts

Midfielder Murphy Parker told fulhamfc.com of the team's delight after their statement win over Chelsea last weekend.

"Everyone was really happy after the result on the weekend, not just because of the win, but also because of the performance which was top.

"We’re all really confident at the moment because of the results of course, but we're still all keeping our feet on the ground as we understand there's still a long way to go."

Murphy Parker

Despite making a slow start, our Under-18s have rapidly climbed the table but this isn't something Parker is too bothered about.

"We’re really starting to make progress up the table which is positive, but we don’t really focus on that, we just focus on the next game really.

"Norwich will present us with a good challenge because they're a team that like to press. We'll have to be tight on the ball and not give away any easy opportunities."
