It was a hugely successful evening for our Academy duo George Wickens and Connor McAvoy, who scooped up three awards between them at Wealdstone's Supporters' Club End of Season Awards.
Having recorded 12 clean sheets during his spell on loan, Wickens collected both the Players' Player of the Season and the Junior Stones Player of the Season Awards.

Meanwhile, McAvoy was given the Stonescast Player of the Season Award after a hugely impressive campaign at the heart of the defence.
The pair were both delighted after having their contributions acknowledged.
McAvoy told fulhamfc.com: "I didn't expect to win anything going there if I'm honest! I went there to learn and gain experience and I did well, I think the fans liked me and I got on well with the players. I'm really happy to pick up an award.
When asked what worked out so well for him, the technical centre-back replied: "The players and staff made me feel welcome from day one and helped me to learn along the way. That made me feel comfortable which meant I was playing my best football."

Wickens added: "It was all amazing. To get Players' Player of the Season was special because it shows that the lads have been impressed with my performances this season. That's a nice one to win.
"The fans have been brilliant with me this year and they took to me right from the start because I feel I've given 100% in every game. They've been singing my name most games which is really nice for me."
