Fulham Under-21s return to Motspur Park on Friday, when they host Everton in the PL2 (7pm ko).

Form

Fulham:

The young Whites fell to their first defeat of the season before the international break, narrowly losing 1-0 against a strong Manchester City side. Having drawn their three games before the defeat, Steve Wigley's side will be eager to get back to winning ways. We sit in a respectable fifth place in the table, with Friday's opponents one place above us.

Everton:

Paul Tait's side have made a decent start this season, winning four of their opening six league games. The young Toffees suffered their only defeat to Chelsea a couple of weeks ago, before responding with a 1-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion before the international break.

McFarlane vs Man City

Last Time Out

The two sides last met back in January 2020 in the Premier League Cup. Timmy Abraham and Martell Taylor-Crossdale were both on the scoresheet for us, but in the end we suffered a 4-2 defeat away from home.

One To Watch: Tom Cannon

Striker Tom Cannon has made a very bright start this season, and with four goals and two assists achieved in his five league appearances, he is this week's one to watch. The Republic of Ireland youth international scored eight league goals last season and will be looking to segway into the First Team soon.
