It's crunch time for our Under-21s, who face Wycombe Wanderers on Tuesday in the Bristol Street Motors Trophy Round of 32 (7pm).

Form

Wycombe:

The Chairboys boast a perfect record in this competition so far, beating AFC Wimbledon, Stevenage and Crystal Palace Under-21s to top Group K and finish on nine points. Their current league form tells a slightly different story, with Matt Bloomfield's side's previous League One win coming towards the beginning of October.

Fulham:

The young Whites continued their impressive run last Friday, firing three goals past an in-form Brighton and Hove Albion side to rise to third in the PL2 table. Head Coach Hayden Mullins will be hoping his side can build on their excellent away win over Gillingham in their previous game in this competition.

One To Watch: Lyle Taylor

The 33-year-old forward signed a short-term deal for the club last month after leaving Nottingham Forest. Having boasted impressive numbers at former clubs such as AFC Wimbledon and Charlton Athletic, he'll be hoping to rediscover some of that form.

Šekularac:

Swiss youth international Kristian Šekularac is looking forward to what is sure to be a good test.

"We're really excited for it because it'll be a great challenge for us and a great opportunity to show who we are as a team.

"We're expecting them to play very direct and they'll look to make it a physical battle, so we'll have to be at the top of our game to make sure that we play our style of football and not theirs."

The young Whites are on an excellent run heading into their knockout tie and confidence is at a sky high as a result.

"Winning always helps when it comes to confidence, but it's important that we remember why we're winning games and that is through the work we're putting in with the coaching staff every day. We've got to make sure we keep doing that."

The 19-year-old has made a positive impact for the side in this competition so far, already contributing with a goal and an assist.

"I've really enjoyed playing in this tournament," he said. "It's a really good test for us as a team to see where we're at compared to League One sides and hopefully tomorrow we will show once again that we're at the level."
