Fulham FC Foundation are bringing Fulham Memories to Parsons Green, in partnership with St. Dionis Church.
In January 2023, Fulham Memories launched from the church to welcome local people in for a cup of tea with exercises for your mind and body. Fulham Memories brings together cognitive reminiscence with chair-based physical activity to promote healthy lifestyles and having fun meeting new people in the local area.
St. Dionis Church is a hub of the community within Parsons Green overlooking the green itself. The Foundation have partnered with the church to engage with local people looking for a space to make some new friends. These new weekly sessions will run each Thursday from 1:30pm to 3pm from St. Dionis Church and are open to all.

We currently run four other Fulham Memories session throughout the week in South West London, providing an outlet focused on improving the physical and mental health of adults as well as connecting our community in safe, social settings. Over 70 adults have attended these sessions across the current season.
“Fulham Memories is just so good at lifting people’s spirits. It’s very difficult to leave one of our weekly sessions without a smile plastered across your face showing how good it is at supporting people’s mental health. We’re a dementia friendly environment and all of our activities are suitable for people with a range of different needs.” – Laura Everton, Health Development Manager, Fulham FC Foundation.

“I love all the exercises, you get a good laugh and bit of physical exercise is good for our health. It’s certainly helped to make my mind sharper and I interact with other people much better too. When I forget daily things it helps me a lot coming here and talking to other people, it’s very stimulating.” – Kathy, Fulham Memories participant
