Brighton & Hove Albion v Fulham | Saturday 18th February 2023 | 3pm | Amex Stadium | #BHAFUL
The opposition
- After finishing between 15-17th in each of their first four premier League seasons, Brighton secured their best ever placing of ninth last term, but they stand a terrific chance of improving on that in 2022/23.
- They currently sit sixth on 35 points, the same number as Fulham. They do, though, have two games in hand on us, and three of the sides above them, including the team who occupy fifth – Tottenham Hotspur.
- The Seagulls head into Saturday’s match in fine form, having not yet tasted defeat in 2023. In that time they’ve won three and drawn two Premier League matches, in addition to advancing to the Fifth Round of the Emirates FA Cup.

Brighton team news
Adam Lallana, Billy Gilmour and Danny Welbeck will miss out through injury, while the game comes slightly too soon for on-loan centre-back Levi Colwill.
Fulham team news
Neeskens Kebano and Tom Cairney both remain out. Antonee Robinson was ill at the start of the week, while Willian and Aleksandar Mitrović were carrying knocks, but Marco Silva hopes to have the trio available following final assessments on Friday.

Player insight
Andreas Pereira hopes the sold out away end at the Amex can help give he and his teammates a little extra juice on Saturday.
“It’s a massive help,” he said. “When we hear the away fans louder than the home fans it’s just amazing and it gives us an extra boost.”
