Fulham Under-21s have reached the Premier League Cup Quarter-Final for the second time in two years after thrashing QPR 5-0 on Monday night.
Luke Harris secured a brace for himself, with Terry Ablade, Martial Godo and substitute Olly Sanderson also getting themselves on the scoresheet.
Godo and Ablade returned in attack ahead of our knockout tie, with Jay Williams replacing George Okkas in midfield.
The first attempt went the way of Fulham, with Pajaziti’s first time effort flying over just a minute in.
The visitors fired back almost instantly when Joseph Ajose’s low, fizzing cross from the right bobbled across the six-yard box. Although it was put into a dangerous position, the ball evaded everyone.
The first real chance fell to our number nine on 13 minutes. Devan Tanton swung in a pin-point cross from the right, which was headed over by Ablade from close-range.

Our lads were dominating and got their reward 25 minutes in. Hilton swung in a stunning delivery which was calmly finished off by Ablade.
The young Hoops were really struggling with the young Whites’ pressing but created a good opportunity 10 minutes before the break. Full-back Arkell Jude-Boyd rifled a strike against the crossbar after finding a pocket of space in our area.
We doubled our lead just before half-time from the spot. After a trip in the middle of a busy penalty area, Harris calmly fired home from the resulting penalty.
That goal meant we went in with a 2-0 lead at the interval.

Wickens was forced into action immediately after the restart, making himself big to block Ajose’s powerful effort from a tight angle.
Then, we put the game to bed with Harris in the right place to score his second of the game. Pajaziti did well to deliver the ball towards the Welshman, who calmly found the bottom left corner.

QPR forward Hamzad Kargbo went for an audacious shot after dribbling past a couple of Fulham players, but his powerful strike from afar was well caught by Wickens.
Godo soon added a fourth for us as our 21s continued to impress at Motspur Park. Ablade did well to poke the ball across goal, and after a minor scramble, Godo found the corner.

Godo almost grabbed his second a few minutes later, but his first time effort was well saved by goalkeeper Murphy Mahoney. Pajaziti, who had been excellent all evening, did well to kick-start the move.
Right at the death, Sanderson tapped home to make it five after Pajaziti's incredible effort from the halfway line hit the bar.
The full-time whistle was soon blown, meaning our Under-21s' cup journey will continue.
