Fulham FC Foundation would like to congratulate Zac & Moin Mohamed for reaching the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania!
Zac & Moin decided to brave the climb of the highest free-standing mountain in the world. Their ascent of Kilimanjaro is in support of Fulham FC Foundation, the official charity of Fulham FC.
The Foundation is so proud of their achievement and for taking a piece of Fulham to 19,000 feet above sea level. Their challenge was definitely not a walk through Bishop’s Park, with a wind chill of -30 degrees Celsius at the very top!

Zac and father Moin have been involved with Fulham FC Foundation’s DisAbility programme the Fulham Badgers, the UK’s first football team for people with Down’s syndrome.
Adam Mohamed, Zac’s brother, plays regularly for the Fulham Badgers. In Zac’s words: “This weekly highlight for my brother has allowed me to witness the hugely positive impact that the Foundation has at an individual level.” Zac’s climb to Mount Kilimanjaro is to increase awareness and “help support the future work of such a brilliant charity.”
Zac’s father Moin has joined him for this incredible challenge, fundraising for multiple charities including Fulham FC Foundation. “The amazingly positive impact the Fulham Badgers has had on my son, not just on his life, but for many other young people too, has been brilliant to witness.”
Fulham FC Foundation would like to reach out to the Fulham Family to show their support towards Zac & Moin’s fundraising challenge – they are now safely descending Mount Kilimanjaro and we are asking you to help Zac reach his fundraising target.
Zac is only 6% off his goal of £1,000, so please get behind them and make their challenge even more unforgettable by donating to towards their epic adventure!
