Loan Round-Up: Sess Wins Goal Of The Season Award 🏆

Steven Sessegnon has won Charlton Athletic's Goal of the Season Award after unleashing a rocket from long-range to secure a point for his side against Accrington Stanley earlier this season.

After cleverly shifting the ball past an opponent and onto his right foot, Sess curled a stunning effort into the far corner. Enjoy the unbelievable moment below!

The wing-back played 85 minutes last weekend for The Addicks, who edged past Port Vale with a 3-2 win at The Valley.

The awards didn't stop there for our loanees, with Jay Stansfield winning Exeter City's PFA in the Community Award for his outstanding work away from the football pitch this season.

The Scotland youth international very nearly got his side level after going behind, but his decent effort from close-range was brilliantly saved.

After firing four past Real Madrid, Paulo Gazzaniga's Girona made it back-to-back wins, beating Sevilla 2-0 away from home yesterday. Our stopper did excellently to deny Bryan Gil, before later somehow keeping out what would have gone down as an own goal.

Kevin Mbabu featured for Servette who drew 1-1 with St. Gallen, while Ivan Cavaleiro's Alanyaspor picked up a 1-0 win to climb to 10th over in Turkey.

Jonathon Page and Luca Ashby-Hammond were both in action for Farnborough FC and Aldershot Town respectively. Pagey's side didn't finish the season in the way they would've liked, falling to a 2-0 defeat against St Albans City.

As for Ashby-Hammond's Aldershot, an 86th minute Altricham equaliser meant the points were shared.

Idris Odutayo's Maidenhead United endured a miserable weekend, losing 4-0 away to Gateshead.
