Harrison Reed thinks Fulham have shown throughout 2022/23 that we are happy to take games to every opposition.
Manchester City were pushed all the way by the Whites at the weekend, and Reed insists we’ll be taking a similar mindset into Wednesday’s trip to Anfield.
“I think it’s something that we’ve done really well this season,” he said. “We haven’t come away from our philosophy and our gameplan really, we’ve maintained that.
“I think that’s stood us in good stead going into games because, when we cross that line, everybody understands their job.
“We want to be a front foot, aggressive team, and we feel like we’re at our best when we do that.”

A good example of that attitude was on the opening day against Liverpool, when we twice went ahead through Aleksandar Mitrović, before having to settle for a 2-2 draw.
“We started on the front foot, went into the game with real confidence and no fear,” Reed recalled. “When the fixtures came out, I think a lot of people looked at that one as a dead cert for Liverpool to win.
“But the confidence of the squad coming off the back of last season, where we got used to winning games and building that habit of winning games, meant we went into it with zero fear and maybe caught them, and everyone else, a bit by surprise.
“That first matchday in the Premier League is a special feeling, the energy in the stadium with the fans, you could feel that from minute one, and I think that really helped us in the game.”
