Fulham FC Foundation work with over 10,000 beneficaries in community programmes each season, improving the physical health and mental wellbeing of our participants, while supporting people across our community to feel socially connected and confident.
The launch of Community Patrons provides businesses large and small with the chance to work collaboratively with Fulham FC Foundation, while engaging your staff in a locally based charitable cause. Fulham FC Foundation Community Patrons will be recognised by the Foundation and receive a squad signed Fulham FC shirt from the 2023/24 season, as well as numerous opportunities to engage with Fulham FC Foundation programmes and events.
