Fulham Women have entered a month of cup games, which started this Sunday away to Clapton Community in the League Cup.

The line-up saw Milla Lewis named in the squad for the first time this season.

Clapton managed to grab an early lead as an own goal was conceded.
The Whites didn't let this error scupper their desire to score, as Madi Parsonson sent a pass through to Ede Buchele, who took the ball round a Clapton defender and struck an effort wide.

Fulham equalised in the 31st minute. Buchele sent a parallel pass to Heasman who slotted the ball neatly into the left corner of the goal.

Mendes reopened the scoring in a matter of minutes. The Clapton goalkeeper managed to get a hand to the ball but there was no stopping Mendes' shot from range that landed top right.
