Loan Round-Up: Goals Galore!

Centre-back Ibane Bowat scored his first professional goal for TSV Hartberg on Saturday against Austrian Bundesliga leaders RB Salzburg.

Ibane did excellently to rise highest at the back post before diverting his header across goal and in. Unfortunately, his side fell to 3-2 defeat thanks to an 85th minute Salzburg winner.

Jay Stansfield played the key pass which led to Birmingham City's winning goal against Sheffield Wednesday at the Trillion Trophy Stadium.

Stanno, who has become a crucial player under Wayne Rooney, burst down the right-hand side before squaring to Jordan James who took the ball around the golakeeper after having his initial effort well saved.

Kieron Bowie was another loanee to get himself on the score sheet over the weekend, showing great tenacity to chase down a ball many others would've given up on. His determination saw him reach the ball before anyone else and slot into an open goal.

After Kieron scored the opener, Northampton went on to grab a second six minutes later to help them to a 2-1 win over Cambridge United.

The goals just kept on coming, with Olly Sanderson netting one of his best ever for Oxford City in their 2-2 draw against Kidderminster. The 19-year-old continues to shine in the National League and is now up to nine goals for the season.
