Tottenham Hotspur v Fulham | Monday 23rd October | 8pm | Tottenham Hotspur Stadium | #TOTFUL

The opposition

  • Tottenham went into the international break top of the Premier League following a fantastic start to the season under Ange Postecoglou, who already has two Manager of the Month awards under his belt.
  • They are one of only two sides yet to taste defeat in the top flight, boasting six wins and two draws from their eight matches, a record that’s identical to North London rivals Arsenal.
  • Spurs have come away from one game empty handed, though, losing on penalties at Craven Cottage in the Carabao Cup at the end of August.

Player insight

Harry Wilson has been impressed with Spurs this season, but says Fulham will head to North London with no fear.

“They’ve been great this year,” Wilson said. “The way that Ange has got them playing is great, and they’re showing a different side to themselves – going down to 10 men against Luton and managing to get the three points was big for them.

“But we also had a good win before the international break, so our confidence is high, we feel like we’re in a good position. For us going there, we’ll be making sure we’re not just there to play a part in the game, but to make sure we get the win.”
