Fodé Ballo-Touré signs

Ballo-Touré came through the youth system at Paris-Saint Germain, but made his senior breakthrough after moving to Lille.

His performances in the first half of the 2018/19 season would go on to help Lille to a runners-up spot in Ligue 1, but also paved the way for an €11m move to Monaco in the January.

After two-and-a-half years, and 74 appearances which yielded eight assists, Ballo-Touré sampled a new league with Milan in Serie A.

Within his first year he had a league title to his name, following that up with a run to the Champions League Semi-Finals last season.

Born in France, Ballo-Touré qualifies for Senegal through his mother, making his international debut in 2021, before helping them to win the Africa Cup of Nations for the first time in their history the following year.

He now has 15 Senegal caps to his name.
