Fulham Under-21s got another point on the board on Tuesday night, drawing 2-2 with Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road.
After going behind early on, Kristian Šekularac got us level just before the break and an Ollie O'Neill beauty gave us the lead on the hour mark. It was to be late heartbreak though, with Idris El Mizouni levelling things in additional time and the hosts taking the extra point after winning the shootout.
The result means our lads now sit on two points after their opening two games in the competition.
Hayden Mullins selected a similar team to the one which picked up a 6-1 win at Brentford last week. Chris Donnell returned to the midfield in place of George Okkas, who was suspended after being sent off in our EFL Trophy opener at Portsmouth.
Our only other change was made up front, with Aaron Loupalo-Bi stepping in to make his first Under-21s appearance of the season. The youngster returned from injury and made an instant impact last weekend, scoring for Ali Melloul's Under-18s in their league victory over Chelsea.
There was little in the way of chances in the early stages, but we found ourselves behind on nine minutes.
After an interception in a dangerous area, the ball was slotted through to Galbraith who faked his first attempt before slotting home with the second.

The hosts were enjoying the majority of possession and had another shot on goal after a quarter of an hour. Dan Happe latched onto a flicked header but could only blast wide.
We won a free-kick in a dangerous area soon after, following a pacey counter attack. Ollie O’Neill stepped over the ball but his curling effort bounced just wide of the far post.
We soon had the post to thank, when Orient’s Aaron Drinan rounding Alex Borto before hitting the woodwork from a tight angle. A let-off for our youngsters.
Matt Dibley-Dias produced our first shot on goal with seven minutes of the first half remaining, but the effort was comfortably dealt with by goalkeeper Sam Howes.

We were limited to very little in the first half, but capitalised on a defensive error on the stroke of half-time. Šekularac's deflected strike just about beat Howes, who scrambled back towards his own goal but couldn’t stop it from crossing the line.
As a result, the two sides went in at the break level at 1-1.

Orient’s Jordan Brown found himself in a good position after a header was flicked on towards him, but his effort was a weak one.
Then, moments later, Theo Archibald was slotted through for the hosts but could only toe punt his strike wide.
Donnell did well for us up the other end, climbing highest to head towards goal. His attempt looped just over the crossbar. A fast-paced start to the second half.

We were slowly taking control and managed to go ahead on the hour mark. Šekularac did brilliantly to travel with the ball before laying it off to O’Neill, who curled a stunning first time effort into the far corner.

The hosts responded well, with Happe having his powerful strike excellently blocked before heading one over from the resuting corner.
O’s Head Coach brought on dangerman Jordan Graham with just under half an hour to play, and he instantly made an impact. His venomous cross from the right evaded everyone, thankfully including any players in red.
The hosts thought they'd found a late equaliser as six minutes of additional time were announced. Substitute Joe Pigott brought the ball down before rifling against the post from close range.
We held on until the 95th minute, but it was to be late heartbreak for the young Whites. El Mizouni popped up in the centre of the area to convert from close range and take the game to penalties with a bonus point up for grabs.
Dibley-Dias, O'Neill and Pajaziti all converted coolly, before Imani Lanquedoc's effort fired back off the post. Šekularac scored his pressure penalty but the hosts netted all five to take the bonus point.
