Fulham Women put on a show in front of more than 2,000 fans at Craven Cottage, beating Dartford 4-0 in SW6.

The Whites raced into a two-goal lead through an OG and Georgia Heasman inside 15 minutes, and great work from Ellie Olds created a third goal in the second half, before Belle Taylor-M rounded things off.

Dartford forged the first chance of the game inside five minutes, but Chana Hinds couldn’t direct her header on target, and Emily Vaughan sent the rebound wide.

The home side took the lead when Sasha Adamson’s low cross was palmed back into the danger area by goalkeeper Jade Charlton, and the ball was eventually deflected in off the unfortunate Bethany Powell.

And the advantage was doubled when Adamson threaded the ball through to Heasman, and the forward made no mistake with the first-time finish in front of the Hammy End.

The Darts offered a response as Amelia Woodgate got in behind but could only hit the post with her effort, and Frankie Gibbs then had to get down low to keep out Vaughan’s strike.

Fulham still packed a punch going forward though, and Charlton had to be quick off her line to thwart Adamson after she was played through, while Heasman couldn’t quite get the right contact on Madi Parsonson’s cross moments later.

As the game hit the half hour mark, substitute Paris Smith spurned a golden chance to reduce the deficit when she poked wide with only Gibbs to beat.

Joanee Woodgate was handed a shooting opportunity from two free-kicks in dangerous positions, but the first was safely smothered by Gibbs and the second went wide of the post.

There was more work for Gibbs to do after the break as Vaughan tested her one-on-one, with the shot-stopper raising a strong arm to keep her out.

Substitute Olds twisted and turned before firing a dangerous ball across the box which Adamson was inches away from turning home, before Lilly Lambird almost caught Charlton off her line with an effort that whistled wide.

Olds caused havoc again as she surged down the right and sent in a ball that was deflected into her own net by Joanne Woodgate to increase the advantage.

And the forward continued to tear the Darts apart, this time providing a cross that was lashed home by Taylor-M for the fourth.

Steve Jaye's side remained alert at the other end, with Ella Tagliavini and Olivia Dale both sliding in to prevent Vaughan grabbing a consolation in the final five.

The home side saw out the closing stages with relative ease, and celebrated their impressive victory with the noisy home crowd.
