Fulham Under-21s play their final game of the regular PL2 season on Friday evening, with table-topping Tottenham Hotspur the visitors to Motspur Park.

We’re guaranteed to finish third in the PL2 table, but we'll still be looking to finish the regular season in style before we prepare for the Play-Offs.

ONE TO WATCH: JAMIE DONLEY

Jamie Donley has impressed in PL2 this season, so much so that he earned three First-Team appearances in the Premier League over the Christmas and New Year period.

Spurs U21s midfielder Jamie Donley in action

As PL2’s joint highest scorers with 52 goals, the likes of Will Lankshear, Jude Soonsup-Bell and Yago Santiago have all been prolific in front of goal for Spurs, but it’s Donley who has been the chief creator.

Donley usually plays as either a number 10 or a central midfielder. The left-footed technician scored in last weekend’s 2-2 draw with Manchester United, while he has scored five goals in seven games for England Under-19s.

LAST TIME OUT

Last Friday, the Young Whites raced into a 4-0 lead at Chelsea, booking our place in the Premier League Cup Final.

Mullins’ side were clinical in the first period, with Delano McCoy-Splatt, Devan Tanton, Terrell Works and Adrion Pajaziti scoring four goals within 36 first-half minutes.

LAST TIME WE MET

We haven’t faced Spurs at Motspur Park since last March when we ran out 4-3 winners.

3-2 down at half-time, goals in the second period from Tanton and Charlie Robinson secured a dramatic 4-3 victory for the Young Whites.

MCCOY-SPLATT: FORM IS IMPORTANT

Midfielder McCoy-Splatt has scored three goals in his last five appearances, including the opener in last week's victory at Chelsea.

“It was amazing to be away in the Semi-Final and win 4-0, especially against Chelsea," he said. "That doesn’t happen often. All of the lads enjoyed it but it’s come off the back of a lot of very hard work in training.

“You can see from the way we started that everyone was up for it. We knew the occasion, everybody stuck to the task and got the job done early. I feel like we can build from that."

On facing Spurs, he said: “We might face them again in the [Premier League Cup] Final, so this is a good game and we’ll treat it how we’d treat any other game. Form is an important thing at this time of the season, so if we win this game then there’s no doubt we can win many other games. We don’t want our form to dip."
