Tomorrow, Billy the Badger will be joining members of the Fulham Family - Foundation participants and staff, as well as Fulham fans and their families - in taking on the challenge of walking up to 12 miles.

The Fulham Family Walk, formerly known as the DisAbility Matchday March, is now in its fifth year, with this year planned to be bigger and better than ever before. Walkers have chosen to take on either one, two or three laps of the four-mile course, starting at Craven Cottage and finishing back at the Cottage, with walkers arriving back in time to watch Fulham take on Crystal Palace.

The accessible route is designed to provide a challenge for those signed up, as well as to show the Fulham Family spirit of the event; with participants and their families socialising and working together to take on the challenge.

All proceeds raised will go directly to our DisAbility programmes, creating opportunities that will engage and inspire young people and adults with a disability across our community.

An extra addition for this year is a special guest walking the final lap… as Billy the Badger will be joining the Fulham Family and stepping up to join the 4 mile challenge.

“I am excited to be taking part in the walk before the game on Saturday. I will be able to have fun along the way with my friends, searching for the Billy Trail Clues as we go! And raising some money for all the people with disabilities to play football! I might be a bit tired when I get back to Craven Cottage but it will be worth it! If you see us on the route don’t forget to give us a wave!” - Billy the Badger, Fulham FC Mascot
