Ahead of tomorrow's Premier League fixture against Brighton & Hove Albion, supporters are reminded of our digital ticketing processes and how to troubleshoot some common issues that are occurring.
My digital pass has not updated for the next game I have a ticket to. What should I do?
Apple
- Open your Apple Wallet
- Click on your Season Pass
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner
- Make sure the 'Automatic Updates' are turned on - the icon/button should be green. If it is already turned on then toggle it off and on again
- Drag the page down by placing your finger in the middle of the screen then moving it down
- This should then update to the correct game/update to NFC
There is no manual way to update your Google Wallet. Please turn your device off and on, this should then update to the correct game.
Where can I find my ticket(s)/forwarded ticket(s)?
All digital seasonal & match-by-match tickets must be saved into your Apple/Google Wallet prior to arrival at Craven Cottage.

My pass has disappeared from my Apple Wallet, how do I move it back into my Wallet?
- Open your Apple Wallet app
- Tap on "View Expired Passes" (you might need to scroll down if you have lots of passes in your Wallet)
- Select your Season Ticket, and then select 'Unhide'
- Go back to the main Apple Wallet screen
Please note, you must do this directly in the Wallet app (by clicking on the Wallet icon on your home screen) instead of accessing the wallet via a shortcut (i.e. double clicking the side/home button).
Supporters are strongly encouraged to arrive as early as possible to the ground tomorrow evening to avoid queues at the turnstiles.
Arriving too close to kick-off could result in missing the opening minutes of the match.

Supporters arriving early into the ground will be able to take advantage of our early bird drink offers!
Until 6:30pm, there will be £3 pints of beer, cider, guinness & cans of wine and £2 soft drinks across the stadium.*
*Supporters must present their digital Season or Match pass, or a 2024/25 Season Card in order to redeem offer.
