Will you take on the 4, 8 or 12 mile challenge? Our DisAbility Matchday March is back and relaunched for 2024 as the Fulham Family Walk.
All proceeds raised will go directly to our DisAbility programmes, creating opportunities that will engage and inspire young people and adults with a disability across our community.
The accessible route is designed to provide a challenge for those signed up, as well as to show the Fulham Family spirit of the event; with participants and their families socialising and working together to take on the challenge.
Those who take on the 12 mile challenge will start first, and then be joined by those completing eight miles on the second lap.
The final four mile lap will be walked together and include Billy’s Trail, a trail to follow along the route with a number of clues to be found, spelling out a word. All completed in time to get back to Craven Cottage to watch Fulham take on Crystal Palace.

Timings for the day:
- Lap 1 - Leave Craven Cottage: 7:30am
- Lap 2 - Leave Craven Cottage: 9:00am
- Lap 3 - Leave Craven Cottage: 10:30am
- Finish about 1:30pm at Craven Cottage
“In recent years we have been able to run this event, it has been a great success, having participants from our disability programmes, their families and well as a number of Fulham fans who have come along to join us. Last year we were even lucky enough to have the USA Cerebral Palsy National Team there to cheer everyone across the finish line! This year we really want to open this event up to our wider Fulham Family and have as many people as possible to come along to join the fun! This sense of family and belonging is something that is really important to our participants.” - Katy Shephard, DisAbility Development Manager, Fulham FC Foundation

The Fulham Family walk is open to all and welcomes everyone to join us, regardless of ability.
“We absolutely loved the Matchday March last year. As a family we joined everyone and Will was able to use his wheelchair and frame to get around the course. Such a great opportunity to chat to other families and raise some money for the Foundation. We managed to go onto the pitch (to be introduced to the crowd) and again the team made it accessible for William to join in.” - Dawn, Parent of a DisAbility Participant
If you sign up to take part in the Fulham Family Walk, we would like you to raise a minimum sponsorship target of £150.
